Greetings from England
Hello, everyone! I've been absent from ye olde blog for a while due to my move across the pond.
I'm still waiting for my computer to turn up--turns out that you can't really take an iMac as carry on luggage and I had to send it via snail mail. Which, of course, means that I'm in a two-month-plus period without it. Getting it any sooner would've essentially made buying a new computer cheaper 😳.
As you can imagine, I have a few projects that I'm itching to get back to. But that'll come in good time.
Being back in England is wonderful and exciting. So far I've spent most of the time visiting with family and checking out how my old stomping grounds have changed.
I'll be getting back to my series on getting your composition career off the ground in short order--I expect my computer should show up this week.
In the meantime, I'll leave you with these lovely photos of Ely Cathedral and the Royal Pavillion in Brighton while I go and enjoy a packet of roast chicken flavoured crisps (or chips to my American readers).
